Creating a keepsake from the items you treasure is a deeply personal experience, and I want the process to feel clear, gentle, and collaborative from the very first moment. Every piece made through Reminders of Them is handled with care, intention, and respect — and this page will guide you step-by-step through what to expect.
1. Place Your Order
Once you choose the keepsake you’d like — a shadow box, pillowcase, set, or memory book — simply submit your order through the product page. This lets me know you’re ready to begin and opens a space for us to connect.
2. Fill out form that will be emailed to you
Once I receive your order, I will send a "Shadow Box" google form to be filled out at your earliest convenience. Once it is filled out, we will arrange a time for a 15-20 minute phone call, to discuss questions that might have come up from the form and for me to get an understanding of exactly who your person is, items you're sending and details of the layout.

Shadow Boxes
Items are placed inside the wood frame box (black or white) with intention and balance. Before anything is permanently secured, you will receive a photo of the layout for approval. Nothing is finalized without your “yes.”
Pillowcases
Your garment is prepared and taken to my trusted tailor. I will aim to create the pillowcase size you selected, but final dimensions depend on the size and style of the garment you provide.
Memory Books
Your photos, notes, concert tickets, receipts, and keepsakes are arranged into a clean, heartfelt collection that tells a story. You’ll receive a preview before final assembly if requested..
5. Final Approval
For any piece that involves layout — especially shadow boxes — you will approve the design before it is secured or sewn.
This ensures your keepsake feels exactly right.
6. Packaging & Return Shipping
Once your piece is complete, it will be wrapped carefully and shipped back to you using your preferred method. Your keepsake arrives ready to display, hold, or gift to someone you love.
7. Ongoing Support
If you ever have questions — before, during, or after your order — I am here.
